Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Maniere.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please note our bash policies:
  1. Changes cannot be made once an order has been placed. This includes the following:
  • Adding additional items to your order to avoid paying a shipping fee on a new order.
  • Removing items from the order.
  • Changing sizes, colors etc.
  • If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, please write that in the subject line. We will do our best to update your address before the order is processed.
  • Cancelling an order.
  1. Due to the extremely high order volume, processing times are longer than usual. We are doing our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible and cannot give you an estimated ship date at this time.
  2. We are not offering gift notes/gift wrap during our bash.
  3. Select items will be restocked throughout the week. Prices are subject to change during the bash. Once your order has been placed, we cannot adjust the price.
  4. You cannot choose pom colors for beanies or hats during our bash season. Hats come with a natural or matching color pom.

Please follow the directions below to process a return. We do not offer return labels.

Please note that we do not accept drop offs at this time. Returns that are dropped off will not be processed. 

We accept returns that are received by our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is accepted, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)

  • Returned items must have all tags still on and be returned in original packaging. 
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • It is the customers responsibility to make sure we receive the return within the allotted time.

We do not accept drop offs at this time. Please hold onto your tracking number in case it is needed.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be;

  • A full priced non sale item. All sale items are final sale
  • returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returned items must have all tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • All hair accessories are Final Sale, no refunds or exchanges.
  • (although shipping carriers may delay shipments) It is the customers responsibility to make sure we receive the return within the allotted time.
  • Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are not eligible for return

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return(s). We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)

You will receive the credit within 3 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
